    Rebuild Your Scan And Quickhack Loop
    • Use Tab HOLD or tap Caps Lock before a fight so the room is tagged first and you can spot hackable devices, loot, and mission-critical objects.
    • Press Z while scanning to swap between Data and Hacking, cycle available quickhacks with Mouse Wheel , and confirm the one you want with F .
    • Tag enemies with MMB while they are in the scanner, then leave the scanner so the quickhack finishes faster once the slowed-time menu closes.
    Come Back Without Losing Progress
    • Make a manual save before major gigs, stealth sections, and important conversations instead of trusting a single autosave.
    • Keep a few backups in rotation, because Cyberpunk 2077 separates 20 auto saves, 10 quick saves, and 20 manual saves.
    • If you still feel rusty, spend a few minutes relearning combat and stealth on easier jobs first, and scan each area with Tab HOLD before you push deeper.
